Caution...Files Coming Through!
ReMarkable Can Accept Most Student Files. The process and concept behind ReMarkable is to allow students or colleagues work on any document style from their laptop or tablet and then with one email send it directly to the app. Our cloud servers have the intelligence to take the file being submitted from it’s original file extension and through ReMarkable magic convert it to a .PDF and send it to the application for marking. Once you get the document that was submitted, it’s flattened and formatted to .PDF ready for you to mark and annotate.
Which files are accepted? With the vast expansion of writing tools, we do our best internally to make sure that we are on top off all file extensions that can be accepted to ReMarkable. Our current library of accepted files are; .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf, .csv, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png and is continuing to grow everyday! We have chosen these core file extensions since most word processors default to one of these formats.
